1
Am I winning?
A slim scoreboard strip at the top: your Verdict, your lead pace, and your buyer book. Plain English, not a chart to interpret. This is the “am I ahead, behind, or crushing it” answer.
2
What should I do right now?
This is the hero of the screen. One merged action queue telling you who to contact today. Not a report, a list of people to work through, in order.
3
Where am I drifting?
The Drift board: the dropped balls. People who have gone quiet, follow-ups past their date, things waiting on you.
The rule that keeps it usable
Nothing shows in two places.- Due today lives in zone 2. That is your plan for today.
- Already past its time — overdue, unanswered, gone cold — lives in zone 3. That is Drift.
This is why there is no separate activity feed. There used to be one and it was retired, because it duplicated Drift’s “waiting” list. Two places showing the same overdue contact meant clearing it in one place left it staring at you from the other. This dashboard replaced a pile of about seven cards that had grown to overlap each other. Fewer answers, each in exactly one place, beats more widgets.
