A guided call session is a focused block of calling where CRE Fuel does the organizing for you. It presents one contact at a time, shows a suggested script, logs the result of each call, and lines up the next contact automatically. You stay in the flow without clicking around or losing your place.

Starting a Session

1

Go to Calling > Start Session

Click Calling in the left sidebar, then click Start Session.
2

Choose who to call

Select a saved list or a contact tag to define your calling pool. For example, choose “Active Buyers” or “Cold Owners Q2.”
3

Click Start

Click Start. The session screen opens and loads your first contact.

During the Session

CRE Fuel walks you through each contact one at a time. Here is what to do for each call:
1

Click Call

Click the Call button. The call goes out showing your own cell number.
2

Use the script

A suggested script appears on the right side of the screen. Use it as a guide or adapt it to fit the conversation.
3

Choose an outcome

After the call, click the outcome that matches what happened:
  • Answered - you spoke with the contact
  • No Answer - it rang with no pickup
  • Voicemail - you left a message
  • Not Interested - the contact asked to be removed
CRE Fuel logs your choice to the contact’s record automatically.
4

Add a quick note

Type any key details in the note field. Keep it short: one or two sentences is enough.
5

Click Next

Click Next. CRE Fuel loads the next contact and you keep going.

After the Session

1

Review your results

When you click End Session or finish your list, CRE Fuel takes you to a summary screen. Your call totals appear in Your Numbers and are added to your daily scorecard.
Aim for at least 20 calls per session. That number moves your scorecard meaningfully and builds the habit of consistent daily outreach.
Contacts marked Not Interested during a session are automatically flagged in CRE Fuel. They will not appear in future sessions unless you change their status.
