A nurture campaign is a series of emails or texts that go out automatically on a schedule you set. Once you build it, CRE Fuel does the sending. You stay in front of contacts without having to remember who to call or what to write. It’s the simplest way to keep a relationship warm over weeks or months.

Create a Campaign

1

Go to Campaigns

Click Marketing in the left sidebar, then click Campaigns.
2

Start a new campaign

Click New Campaign in the top right corner.
3

Name your campaign

Give it a name that describes the goal and audience, like “Cold Seller Re-Engagement” or “New Buyer Intro Sequence.”
4

Add your messages

Click Add Message to create the first touchpoint. Choose Email or Text, then write your content. Set a Delay to control when it goes out relative to enrollment (for example, Day 1 means it sends the day the contact is enrolled).Repeat this step for each touchpoint in your sequence. Drag messages to reorder them at any time.
5

Save your campaign

Click Save. The campaign is ready but won’t send anything until you enroll contacts.
A proven sequence for cold leads is 4 touches over 30 days: send an email on Day 1, a text on Day 4, an email on Day 10, and a call reminder on Day 20. It keeps you present without overwhelming the contact.

Enroll Contacts in a Campaign

1

Open the campaign

Click Marketing, then Campaigns, then click the campaign name.
2

Click Enroll Contacts

Click the Enroll Contacts button near the top of the campaign page.
3

Choose who to enroll

Pick a saved audience from the dropdown, or switch to Select Manually to search for and choose individual contacts.
4

Enroll

Click Enroll. CRE Fuel confirms how many contacts were added and begins the sequence on schedule.
You can remove a contact from a campaign at any time. Open the campaign, go to the Enrolled tab, find the contact, and click Remove. They won’t receive any more messages from that campaign.
