Go to Settings > Phone > Your Phone
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then Settings. Choose Phone, then Your Phone.
2
Enter your cell number
Type the mobile number you want your contacts to see. This should be the number you actually answer.
3
Verify it
CRE Fuel sends you a short code. Enter it to confirm the number is yours.
Verifying proves you own the number. It is a one-time step, and it is the reason nobody but you can place calls that appear to come from your line.
Why there is no number to choose. Some CRMs hand you a second phone number and ask you to pick an area code. CRE Fuel deliberately does not.A second number means your contacts see an unfamiliar caller, you have two places to check messages, and callbacks ring somewhere you are not sitting. Connecting your own cell means your contacts see the number they already have for you, and you keep answering the phone you already carry.
Will my contacts see my personal cell number?
Will my contacts see my personal cell number?
They see the number you verified. Most brokers verify the cell they already give clients, which is the whole point: the call looks like it came from you, because it did.If you carry a separate business line, verify that one instead. Whatever you verify is what shows.
Do my calls still get logged?
Do my calls still get logged?
Yes. Every call placed from CRE Fuel is logged on the contact’s timeline with the date, who made it, and how long it lasted, whether you dialed from your computer or your phone.Connecting your cell changes what your contact sees on their screen. It does not change what CRE Fuel records.
What if the code never arrives?
What if the code never arrives?
Check the number for a typo first, since that is the usual cause, and make sure it is a mobile number that can receive a text.If it still does not arrive, use Get help in your profile menu and say which number you tried.
