Your contacts are the foundation of everything you do in CRE Fuel. Every person you call, text, or email lives here. A clean, well-organized contact list means faster follow-up, better marketing, and fewer deals that slip through the cracks.

What’s in a Contact Record

Contact Type is a field. Where they are in your process is a tag. The type barely changes over a relationship’s life, so it stays a dropdown. The stage they are at changes constantly, so it stays a tag. Keeping them apart is why filtering works the way it does.
Last Contacted is what drives drift. It updates itself when you log a touch, and CRE Fuel reads it to work out who has gone quiet. You never set it by hand. See Drift and follow-ups.
A few tags beginning with sys- are managed by CRE Fuel to mirror your dropdown selections. They are hidden from you on purpose. Leave them alone and let the dropdowns drive them.
