Two targets per class
Every asset class carries two, because cash and financing are different timelines:
Which one a buyer counts toward comes from their tier tag: cash buyer or financed buyer. That is why tier is required when you qualify someone. See Buy Box.
The default depths
That comes to 225 buyers across the five default classes.
Land is deliberately halved because it does not cash-flow, so the buyer pool behaves differently and a bench of thirty cash land buyers is not a realistic or useful goal.Self-Storage and Hospitality are off until you tick them on. A specialised class must never switch itself on for everyone, because a new tank appearing unannounced with slots bolted onto your target is exactly the “these numbers are wrong” reaction that makes a scoreboard worth ignoring.
These are a starting point, not a rule. The targets are editable per broker. If you work self-storage all day, you know better than any default what “deep enough” looks like for you. Edit them down, or up.
