Blasts let you send a single message to a group of contacts at once. Use them for market updates, new listings, price reductions, or any time you need to reach a crowd quickly.
Email works out of the box. Texting has to be switched on first.Sending texts requires a one-time carrier registration, under Settings > Phone > Texting (SMS). This is the carriers’ requirement for business messaging, not ours, and until it is done your texts will not deliver.Texting is a paid add-on. Calling is included.

Send an Email Blast

Open the New Blast form

Go to Marketing Blasts in the left sidebar.

Choose Email

Select Email as the blast type.

Pick who it goes to

Choose a saved contact list from Send to. Everyone on that list receives the message.

Write your message

Enter a Subject line, then write your email body in the editor below. Keep the subject under 60 characters so it displays fully in most inboxes.

Send or schedule

Click Send to deliver immediately, or click Schedule to pick a future date and time.

Merge tags

Merge tags use double curly braces. {{first_name}} works; {first_name} does not, and it will send exactly as typed to everyone on your list. About the contact: {{first_name}} · {{last_name}} · {{full_name}} · {{company}} · {{email}} · {{phone}} About you, so a template can be reused across a team without rewriting the sign-off: {{your_first_name}} · {{your_brokerage}} · {{your_email}} · {{your_market}}
Always send yourself a test before the real thing. It is the only way to catch a merge tag that did not fill in, and an email that opens “Hi ,” is worse than one with no name at all.
CRE Fuel automatically appends an unsubscribe link to every email blast. Contacts who click it are removed from future emails so you stay compliant without any extra work.

Send a Text Blast

Open the New Blast form

Go to Marketing Blasts in the left sidebar.

Choose Text

Select Text as the blast type.

Pick who it goes to

Choose a saved contact list from Send to. Only contacts with a mobile number on file will receive it.

Write your message

Type your message in the text field. Stay under 160 characters to send as a single SMS and avoid split messages.

Send

Click Send to deliver immediately.
Text blasts only go to contacts who have a mobile phone number saved on their contact record. If a contact is missing that field, they will be skipped. Check the recipient count before sending to spot any gaps.
CRE Fuel automatically appends STOP opt-out instructions to every text blast. Contacts who reply STOP are unsubscribed from future texts right away.
