# Invite Team Members and Manage Their Roles in CRE Fuel

> Invite colleagues to your CRE Fuel account, assign the right role to each person, and easily remove members whenever your team changes.

If you work with partners, assistants, or a small brokerage team, you can bring them into CRE Fuel and control exactly what each person can see. Roles keep sensitive deal data private until you are ready to share it.

<Note>
  Each teammate connects **their own cell** the same way you did, under **Settings > Phone > Your Phone**. There is no number to assign them and nothing for you to set up on their behalf. Their calls go out showing their number, and callbacks ring their phone.
