# Where Your CRE Fuel Data Lives

> A straight answer about what CRE Fuel is built on, where your records are kept, and what we do not claim.

Your book is your business, so here is a plain answer about where it lives.

## CRE Fuel is built on HighLevel

CRE Fuel is built on HighLevel as its underlying CRM platform. Core CRM records are maintained in your brokerage's HighLevel account. CRE Fuel provides a broker-focused workflow and interface on top of that platform.

CRE Fuel also uses a limited number of providers for application hosting, operational storage, communications, optional AI features, billing, and other documented functions. All of them are named on our technical trust page.

  HighLevel's certifications and audit reports belong to HighLevel. They are not a CRE Fuel certification, and CRE Fuel does not inherit them. Our technical trust page links to HighLevel's published documents so your IT team can read them at the source.

## What CRE Fuel does

* **We do not store your password.** We keep a one-way scrambled version that cannot be turned back into your password. Nobody at CRE Fuel can read it.
* **Password changes use a single-use, time-limited link** sent to the account email address.
* **You can sign in with Google.** If your firm uses Google Workspace, you can use that account.
* **Repeated wrong passwords are blocked.** Sign-in attempts are slowed and then temporarily locked.
* **Permissions are enforced by the server.** If a team member is limited to their own contacts, or blocked from seeing commissions, that limit is real. It is not a hidden menu they can get around by editing a web address.

## AI features are something you choose to run

The two AI-assisted views on your dashboard, **"What should I do right now?"** and **"Where am I drifting?"**, do not analyze anything until you press the button on that card. Both cards fill in normally without AI.

Nothing is sent for AI analysis when you open the dashboard, refresh it, or leave it sitting open.

  Call summaries work differently. If you turn call recording on, a summary is produced after a recorded call as part of that feature.

## Call recordings and summaries

If you turn call recording on, the audio is stored in your own phone provider account. A transcription service produces text, and a written summary is saved to the contact record.

CRE Fuel does not retain raw call transcripts after processing. A written call summary may be saved to the relevant contact record.

## Getting your data out

Contacts can be exported as CSV files through the Contacts page, using selected columns and active filters, or through Settings using the available standard export. Commission records can be exported separately as CSV files.

Certain additional records are maintained in the underlying platform.

## What we do not claim

CRE Fuel does not have its own SOC 2 report, ISO certificate, or penetration test. It is a young product and we are not going to suggest otherwise.
