# See Every Space You Have for Lease in One List

> One list of every empty space across all your buildings, plus the leases about to roll — so you know what you can offer a tenant without opening a single property.

**Properties > Available spaces** answers the question a tenant rep asks you on the phone: *what have you got?*

It gathers every space across every one of your buildings into one list, so you are not opening properties one at a time trying to remember which suite came free.

## Where it comes from

This page is built entirely from the [rent rolls](/properties/rent-roll) on your properties. **A building with no rent roll contributes nothing here.**

If the page is empty, that is the reason, and the fix is to add a rent roll to a property.

## The three groups

The page is split into three, in the order they usually matter.

    Leases whose end date has passed. Either the tenant renewed and nobody updated the roll, or they are holding over on a month-to-month.

    **Start here.** This is the most valuable thing on the page — a decision that has already been made without you, and a call worth making today.

    Space that is empty. Sized, priced where you have a rate, and ready to take to market.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Coming available">
    Leases rolling inside your chosen window, soonest first, with how many months away each one is. This is next year's inventory, and the earlier you get to the owner the better your odds of holding the listing.

## Change how far ahead you look

Use **Looking ahead** at the top right to switch between **6**, **12** and **24 months**. It only changes the Coming available group.

<Tip>
  Twelve months is the default because that is roughly when a renewal conversation starts. Push it to 24 when you are preparing a pitch and want to show an owner you understand their whole roll.

## Spaces that are set aside

Occasionally the page notes that some spaces were left out of the counts.

This happens when a rent roll does not list its empty units — some management software prints only active leases and silently omits everything vacant. When that is the case, CRE Fuel cannot tell whether those spaces are occupied, so it says so rather than guessing.

**They are left out rather than listed as available.** Showing them would mean offering a tenant space that might already be leased.

  To clear it up, open the property's Rent Roll card and mark those spaces leased or vacant. They join the counts as soon as you do.

## Getting to the building

Every row links to its property. Click the address to open it, see the whole rent roll for that building, and make a call from the owner's record.
