# Get CRE Fuel Fully Configured and Ready in 10 Minutes

> Follow this five-step checklist to activate your account, set up your phone number, load your contacts, and run your first call session today.

You can go from a brand-new account to a fully working cockpit in a single sitting. This page walks you through every step in order. When you finish, you will have a phone number, a contact list, a daily call target, and your first call session underway.

  <Step title="Activate your account">
    Open the invitation email from CRE Fuel, click **Activate Account**, and set your password. You will land on the main dashboard.

  <Step title="Connect your phone">
    Go to **Settings > Phone > Your Phone**, enter your cell number, and verify it with the code. About 30 seconds. Your calls will show your own number.

    Do this one first. Until it is done, the Call button cannot dial.

  <Step title="Import your contacts">
    Go to **Settings > Import & Export Contacts** and choose your CSV. Match your columns to CRE Fuel fields, then import.

  <Step title="Set the numbers you're aiming at">
    Go to **Settings > Goals & Targets > Goals** and set your targets for the period. These are what the Verdict and Scorecard measure you against, so the dashboard can tell you whether you are ahead or behind rather than just showing you activity.

    Sensible defaults are already filled in. You can adjust them any time, so do not agonize over the numbers today.

    Click **Contacts** in the left menu. Use the filters or search to find a group of people you want to reach today. Open the first contact and click **Call**. The call goes out showing your own number, and CRE Fuel logs it on their timeline automatically.

  You can always go back and fill in more details later. Getting the basics set up now means you can start making calls today instead of spending hours configuring everything perfectly.
