# Manage Tenant Deals and Lease Prospects in CRE Fuel

> Track tenants looking for space in CRE Fuel, including their size requirements, lease budget, and target market, all in one deal card.

If you work leasing deals, the Tenants pipeline is where you track everyone looking for space. Each tenant deal card captures what the tenant needs so you can match them to available properties and follow up at the right time.

</Steps>

## Tenant-specific fields

Tenant deal cards include a few fields you will not find on seller or buyer deals.

| Field                    | What to enter                                               |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Square Footage Range** | The minimum and maximum size the tenant will consider |
| **Lease Term** | How long they want the lease, for example 3 or 5 years |
| **Desired Location** | The submarket, city, or specific streets they are targeting |

Fill these in as soon as you know them. They feed into the buyer matching tool so CRE Fuel can surface relevant listings for your tenants automatically.

<Tip>
  Add tags like **Urgent** or **Warm** directly on a tenant deal card to sort your follow-up list at a glance. Click the tag icon on the card, type the tag name, and press Enter.
