# Add and Manage Your Seller and Buyer Deals in CRE Fuel

> Create deal cards for seller listings and buyer prospects in CRE Fuel so every opportunity is tracked from first contact all the way to close.

When you pick up a new seller listing or start working with a buyer, you create a deal card for them. The card keeps the property details, contact info, and deal activity all in one spot. Here is how to add a seller deal and a buyer deal.

## Add a seller deal

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Sellers pipeline">
    Click **Deals** in the left sidebar, then click the **Sellers** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a new deal">
    Click **+ New Deal** in the top-right corner.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill in the deal details">
    Enter the **Property Address**, select or create the **Owner/Contact**, and enter the **Asking Price**.

  <Step title="Save the deal">
    Click **Save**. The deal card appears in your Sellers pipeline at the Prospect stage.

## Add a buyer deal

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Buyers pipeline">
    Click **Deals** in the left sidebar, then click the **Buyers** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a new deal">
    Click **+ New Deal** in the top-right corner.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill in the deal details">
    Select or create the **Buyer Contact**, choose the **Property Type** they are looking for, and enter their **Price Range**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the deal">
    Click **Save**. The deal card appears in your Buyers pipeline at the Prospect stage.

<Tip>
  Always link a deal to an existing contact record when you can. That way every call, text, and note from the contact record shows up in the deal's activity log automatically.
