# How CRE Fuel Organizes Your Deals Into Three Pipelines

> CRE Fuel gives you three separate deal pipelines for sellers, buyers, and tenants so every opportunity is tracked in one place from lead to close.

CRE Fuel gives you three separate deal pipelines: Sellers, Buyers, and Tenants. Each pipeline lives in its own tab under the **Deals** section. Keeping them separate means your seller prospects never get mixed up with your buyer or tenant leads, and you always know exactly where each deal stands.

## What is a deal card?

Every deal you create gets its own deal card. The card holds all the key information for that deal in one place.

A deal card contains:

* **Property address** - the specific property tied to the deal
* **Contact** - the seller, buyer, or tenant linked to the deal
* **Stage** - where the deal currently sits in your pipeline
* **Deal value** - the estimated transaction value or commission
* **Notes** - your own free-text notes about the deal
* **Activity log** - a running history of calls, texts, emails, and updates

You can open any deal card with a single click from the pipeline board or list view.
