# View and Manage Your Active Buyer Book in CRE Fuel

> See all your active buyers in one place, review their criteria and deal stage, and keep your buyer list current so matching stays accurate.

Your Buyer Book is a live list of every contact who has an active buy box. For each buyer, you can see their criteria at a glance, when you last reached out, and where they stand in your pipeline. Keeping it current means your match results stay clean and your outreach stays targeted.

## What You Are Trying to Do

You want to see all your active buyers in one place and manage their status so CRE Fuel surfaces the right people when you pick up a new listing.

## How to Access Your Buyer Book

    Click **Buyers** in the left sidebar, then select **Buyer Book**. The full list of active buyers loads automatically.

## What You See in the Buyer Book

Each row in the Buyer Book shows:

* **Buyer name** and company
* **Asset type, price range, and preferred markets** from their buy box
* **Last contact date** so you know how long it has been since you touched base
* **Deal stage** showing where this buyer sits in your pipeline

## How to Filter Your Buyer Book

    At the top of the Buyer Book, click the **Filter** bar to expand the filter options.

  <Step title="Filter by asset type">
    Click the **Asset Type** dropdown and select the property type you want to focus on.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter by price range">
    Enter a **Min Price** and **Max Price** to show only buyers whose buy box overlaps that range.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter by market">
    Type a market name into the **Market** field to show only buyers who have that metro in their preferred markets.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Apply and review">
    Click **Apply Filters**. The list updates to show only buyers who match your criteria.

<Tip>
  Every time you sign a new listing, run through your Buyer Book filtered to that asset type and market. It takes a few minutes and keeps you from missing an obvious fit.

<Note>
  When a buyer closes a deal or goes quiet, update their deal stage to reflect that. Buyers marked as closed or inactive are removed from active matching so they do not clutter your results.
